The Best in Folk from Cheshire and Beyond!

CHESHIRE FOLK  is Mid-Cheshire's longest-running Folk Music radio show. We started on YFM in Crewe in 1992 and, over the years,  have broadcast on Witch FM, The Cat, Radio Leighton and FGTB Cheshire.
From April 2025 we have found a new home at SALT TOWNS RADIO, broadcasting from Middlewich, home of the famous MIDDLEWICH FOLK & BOAT FESTIVAL.
You can hear CHESHIRE FOLK on STR from Sunday 13th April 2025 at 6pm. SALT TOWNS RADIO is YOUR official FOLK & BOAT BROADCASTER!

PLEASE NOTE: This website is still very much under construction. The LISTEN NOW link will become available once STR begins broadcasting on April 7th.
